Kathmandu — The winners of the married women’s beauty pageant Mrs Nepal World 2025 were honoured with awards, gifts and certificates at a special ceremony organised by Ribbon Entertainment in the capital.
At the event, the title winner Raksha Pant was presented with an electric scooter sponsored by Tapainko Bazar. The programme was held at the Tapainko Bazar showroom premises in Panipokhari.
Renowned comedian, lyricist, composer and singer Madan Krishna Shrestha attended the ceremony as the chief guest. Also present were Tapainko Bazar Managing Director Sushil Sangraula and Chief Executive Officer Maya Lama.
Actors Saroj Khanal and Dhiren Shakya, photographer Rajbhai Suwal, Ribbon Entertainment CEO Nishukant Jha, and choreographer Ashwinikant Jha jointly handed over the key of the electric scooter to the winner.
On the same occasion, other winners of Mrs Nepal World 2025 were also honoured with various attractive prizes by the organising team. Certificates were distributed to sponsors, partners and participants of the competition as well.
Speaking at the programme, chief guest Madan Krishna Shrestha said that recognising and rewarding women through such initiatives is a positive and encouraging step. Tapainko Bazar Managing Director Sushil Sangraula stated that honouring talented women as part of the company’s social responsibility is a matter of pride for the organisation. CEO Maya Lama emphasised that promoting self-reliant and capable women is a key social responsibility of the company.
Participants and guests congratulated the winners and wished them a bright future, adding that the initiative—linking the promotion of electric mobility with women empowerment—is a highly positive and inspiring effort.
