Kathmandu: The shooting of ‘Shubha Bibaha’, starring Pradeep Khadka and Sanisha Bhattarai, has been completed in just 40 days.
Directed by Sudarshan Thapa, the film was originally scheduled for a 45-day shoot but wrapped up five days ahead of schedule. The production team had started filming in Pokhara, with the early completion attributed to the efforts of the cast and crew.
Produced under the banner of Priyadarshan Films, the film also features Harihar Sharma, Basundhara Bhusal, Mukunda Kishor Bhattarai, Krishna Dhungana and Bishal Pahari, among others.
Director Thapa and actor Pradeep Khadka are collaborating again after previously working together on ‘Prem Geet’. Supriya Katuwal is the producer, with Sam Bhujel serving as executive producer. The story is written by Pradeep Shrestha, while Ram Sharan Pathak has penned the screenplay and dialogues.
‘Shubha Bibaha’ is scheduled for an all-Nepal release on Falgun 21. Buddha Subba Digital is the digital partner, while Bhishma Films and Shree Ram Balaji are handling distribution.
