Kathmandu- Panchakanya Group’s Panchakanya Steel has filed a case in the Lalitpur District Court against artists Sitaram Kattel ‘Dhurmush’ and Kunjana Ghimire ‘Suntali.’
The company has filed the case claiming that Dhurmush-Suntali Foundation repeatedly took rods from Panchakanya Steel for the construction of the Gautam Buddha International Stadium in Chitwan but has not paid the amount of 52,02,555 Nepali rupees.
