Namrata Sapkota

Namrata Sapkota is a well-known Nepali actress and model who began her career at a young age through music videos while still in high school. Originally from Rupandehi, Nepal, she completed her early education in Bhairahawa and later moved to Kathmandu for further studies. With a passion for performance, she quickly rose to prominence in the entertainment industry, appearing in over 150 music videos and gaining popularity for songs like “Mann Changa Vo” and “Bida Nai Deu Baru.” Her film debut came with the movie Antaral, and she later acted in several other films, including the blockbuster Chhakka Panja and Summer Love, for which she won the Dcine Award for Best Supporting Actress.
