Pratap Das

Pratap Das had a deep love for music from a very young age. His first step into the musical world came unexpectedly during a school event organized for senior students. When the teachers and organizers were searching for someone to sing, one of his friends recommended Pratap, knowing his interest in music. Although he was hesitant, everyone encouraged him to perform, and that moment became his very first experience singing on stage.

As time passed, Pratap began taking part in various singing competitions. His talent earned wider recognition when he competed in Nepali Tara Season Three, one of the most popular singing contests of that time, where he secured the position of Third Runner-Up.

However, his real breakthrough came with the launch of Nepal Idol 2017, Nepal’s most acclaimed musical reality show. Participating in its first season, Pratap impressed audiences across the country and ultimately finished as the Second Runner-Up, making his name widely known in the Nepali music industry.
