She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BE) and further specialized with a Master’s degree (MSc) in Integrated Water Resources Management. She worked for several firms in her engineering profession, applying her technical skills to practical infrastructure and water resource management projects. Entry into the Entertainment Industry
Surakshya began her career in the entertainment industry as a video jockey (VJ) and media personality. Her appearance in this film became a milestone for Nepali cinema as it brought Nepalese acting talent onto the world stage.
