Kathmandu — Popular singer Bishal Soni, known for the hit song ‘Tana Tana Hana Hana Syauli Bazaar’, has released his new track ‘Pachhyauri Berirahoon’ on the occasion of the Nepali New Year.
The song is a duet with Shanti Shree Pariyar and marks a shift in Soni’s musical approach. Previously criticized for producing lighthearted songs, Soni presents a more serious and socially conscious theme this time.
While the song primarily portrays youthful romance, its music video highlights serious issues like rape and its psychological impact on victims, delivering a strong message against such crimes and urging society to stand up against them.
The video features Soni alongside model Komal Nepali, where he appears in the role of a member of the Raute community. However, Soni has clarified at the end of the video that the story does not represent the Raute community, requesting viewers not to misunderstand. He also emphasizes the need for strict legal punishment for such crimes and encourages victims to move forward with courage.
With its simple and appealing melody, the song is expected to connect with audiences. Soni expressed confidence that this track will achieve success similar to his previous hit. He has written and composed the song himself.
The music video is directed and choreographed by Mukesh Nepali, with cinematography by Prakash Khadka and team. Editing, color grading, and VFX are handled by Milan Bishwakarma.
Soni rose to prominence with his earlier song ‘Makai Bari Daryam Daryam’, which brought him into the spotlight.
