Durgesh Thapa’s Concert Postponed — Here’s the Reason

...

Kathmandu – The live concert of popular contemporary artist Durgesh Thapa, which was scheduled to be held in Kathmandu this week, has been postponed. The event was initially planned for Thursday, Baisakh 18 (April 30), at Hyatt Ground, Boudha.

The concert, which was to feature performances by Durgesh along with other artists, has been postponed due to insufficient time for promotion. According to the organizers, they received messages from several Grade 12 students as well, which contributed to the decision to reschedule the concert.

Durgesh had not taken up any stage programs in preparation for this concert. Now that it has been postponed, he traveled to the Gulmi Festival on Monday. He reached the festival by helicopter.
