Kathmandu – Singer Eleena Chauhan has reached the Cyber Bureau to take action against those who have been making offensive comments and abusing her online. She has decided to pause all her work for the next ten days to focus on this campaign, which includes collecting detailed information about the individuals harassing her.
In recent days, she has been publicly exposing the profiles of people who have been verbally abusing her on social media. Some of them have even issued apologies.
Chauhan went to the Cyber Bureau of Nepal Police on Monday to officially file a complaint against four individuals who had been repeatedly posting abusive comments. She has demanded legal action against those making indecent remarks.
Despite initiating legal proceedings, Chauhan stated that her campaign to expose the abusers on social media will continue. According to her, both the public exposure campaign and the legal process will move forward simultaneously.
