Kathmandu — The first-look posters of the film Chameli Ko Poi have been released, along with the official announcement of its release date. Written and directed by Everest Surya Bohara, the film is set to hit theaters on Chaitra 13 (which coincides with Ram Navami).
The production team unveiled three first-look posters on Wednesday, announcing the film’s release schedule. In the posters, lead actors Mukun Bhushal and Srisakha Pant are featured as husband and wife. All three posters focus on the central couple.
In one poster, Srisakha is seen dragging Mukun by both his legs. In the second, Mukun is standing next to her, holding a rose and a small traditional tray (theki), while Srisakha stands beside him with a rifle slung over her shoulder, smiling gleefully. In the third poster, Mukun is shown massaging Srisakha’s feet.
The film is produced by Sunita Sapkota and Ram Narayan Upadhyaya, with Uday Bikram Rana and Ritu Malla Thakuri serving as executive producers. The cast includes Srisakha Pant, Mukun Bhushal, Narayan Tripathi, Wilson Bikram Rai, Ravindra Jha, Khagda Bahadur Pun Magar, Umesh Rai, and Rajani Gurung, among others.
