‘Karma’, featuring drama, suspense, and action, is now in theaters

Kathmandu – The film “Karma” has been released in theaters starting today, Friday. Directed by Saurabh Chaudhary—who gained recognition for directing “Agastya: Chapter 1”—this action-genre movie has been released nationwide simultaneously.

Premiering around the Nepali New Year 2082, “Karma” is being screened in about 150 shows across theaters in both Kathmandu and other parts of the country.

The film aims to entertain audiences through a mix of action, drama, and suspense. The makers are confident that it will keep viewers engaged from start to finish. “Karma” stars Bipin Karki, Upasana Singh Thakuri, Mukun Bhusal, Divyadev, Sarita Giri, Ben Basnet, Sujyan Silwal, Anil Budhathoki, and Nirmal Sharma, among others. The story has been written by director Chaudhary himself.

The film features music direction by Bhaskar Swar, choreography by Kabiraj Gahatraj, action direction by Shree Shrestha, and editing by Nimesh Shrestha. The main assistant director is Taranath Nyaupane. The movie also includes VFX by Sameer Miya, background score by Uttam Nyaupane, teaser and trailer by Shahil Khan, publicity design by Bijay Basyal, and coloring by Rajendra Moktan.

Presented by Artistic Entertainment and produced by Basanta Lamsal, “Karma” arrives in cinemas with the expectation of receiving positive responses from both audiences and critics. It is anticipated to bring a fresh taste to the Nepali action film scene.
