Kathmandu — The promotional campaign of the upcoming Nepali film Ram Naam Satya, set to release on Chaitra 27, has officially begun with the public release of its first song, “Dhagole Bateko.” The film is directed by Michael Chand.
The romantic track is sung by Babul Giri and Rachana Rimal, with lyrics written by Dr. DR Upadhyay. The music has also been composed by Babul Giri.
The song’s video features lead actors Biraj Bhatt and Supushpa Bhatt in a romantic presentation, highlighting their on-screen chemistry.
Produced under the banner of Michael Entertainment House, the film is financed by Upendra Shahi and Sweta Bimali. The executive producers are Kishor Bhatt, Rajendra Bhatt, and Arjun Sunar.
The film’s creative producer is Moti Karki, while Rajendra Acharya serves as the line producer. Alongside Babul Giri, the film’s music team also includes Arjun Pokharel, SD Yogi, and Nawa Ansari.
Written by director Michael Chand himself, the film’s cinematography is handled by Man Krishna Maharjan. Action direction is by Shree Shrestha, editing by Bande Prasad, and background score by Kala Charan.
Choreography is by Siyon Shrestha, color grading by Rajendra Moktan, and chief direction by Navaraj Sharma. The teaser and trailer were prepared by Sahil Khan, while script consultants include Abhimanyu Nirvi and Samaya Thapaliya.
Carrying the theme “the screen behind the screen,” Ram Naam Satya features an ensemble cast including Sushil Shrestha, Divya Rayamajhi, Ayush Singh Thakuri, Prashant Tamrakar, and Sunil Thapa.
The makers describe the film as a blend of action, suspense and romance, aiming to present a layered story set against a contemporary cinematic backdrop.
