Kathmandu – Actress Shilpa Pokharel has become an ‘Osho Sannyasi.’ She visited Osho Tapoban and received ‘Navsannyas Diksha’ from Swami Anand Arun. With her initiation into Osho’s path, her new name has been given as ‘Ma Prema Hasya.’
Osho follower and actress Shobhita Simkhada shared this information, expressing her happiness over Shilpa’s initiation into Navsannyas.
Shilpa made her film debut with Lajja and has acted in nine films throughout her career. Some of her popular films include Havaldar Suntali, Phagu, Kismat 2, and Mangalam. Her last film, Villain, was released seven years ago.
Since then, she has been in the spotlight due to her marital relationship with her former husband, film producer Chhabiraj Ojha. The two have now divorced.
