Kathmandu – The finale of the globally renowned beauty pageant franchise ‘Miss Universe Nepal 2025’ is set to take place tomorrow, Wednesday. The event will begin at 4 PM at the Royal Tulip Hotel in Kathmandu, where 14 contestants will compete for the crown.
The contestants are:
Sanya Adhikari, Pratiksha Adhikari, Nirjala Neupane, Isha Rai, Aarohi Basnet, Lisa Bernawal, Suysa Singharaj, Sikha Parajuli, Saraswati Rai, Barsha Kandel, Jyoti Thapa, Alina Aeri, Angel Dangol, and Sonalisa Dhungana.
According to National Director Sangeeta Puri, the preparations for the finale of Miss Universe Nepal organized by Global Glamour Venture have been fully completed. Puri stated that compared to last year, participation by young women was better this year, and all 14 finalists are equally talented.
She had previously announced that several criteria for Miss Universe Nepal were relaxed including no specific requirements for height, weight, or background. As a result, this year’s contestants come from diverse heights and professions. She added, “I’ve always said this is a platform to showcase the limitless potential of Nepali women across the universe. Who you are is your true beauty.”
This year, Miss Universe Nepal was also presented in the format of a reality show. According to Sabi Puri, President of Miss Universe Nepal, the contestants participated in various challenges such as cultural photoshoots, kitchen challenges, and runway challenges across six episodes aired on YouTube.
Dikpal Karki is the choreographer for the pageant. The finale event will be hosted by Malvika Subba and Dikpal Karki.
