Kathmandu – Actress Karishma Manandhar’s daughter, Kabita, is more interested in business than in films. She is currently involved in the restaurant and home appliances business. After studying in the United States, Kabita has become active in Nepal, and although she did follow in her mother’s footsteps into the entertainment industry, she hasn’t continued down that path. She has acted in films and music videos.
Kabita made her silver screen debut with the film Euta Yesto Prem Kahani, but since then, she hasn’t remained active in acting. She also rarely appears in the media. Regarding her daughter’s career choices, Karishma says, “Everyone should pursue what they’re passionate about. It’s not that she didn’t try acting, but things didn’t go as expected, and she didn’t want to continue putting in the effort in that field. That’s why she’s now enjoying her work in business.”
