Kathmandu- The previously made film Mugalan was a huge success, successfully bringing the story of Nepali society to the world. A new film under the same name is set to be made, and the auspicious muhurat has been held.
Dinesh D.C., the chairman of the Film Development Board, directed the muhurat shot, which was clapped by actors Sabin Bastola and Nepal’s first female director, Suchitra Shrestha.
The film will feature performances from actors like Prabhat Pal Thakuri, Smarika Dhakal, Shri Shivanshi, Dinesh D.C., Sabin Bastola, Ramchandra Adhikari, Rashmi Bhatt, and others. The film, which will be shot in various locations across Nepal, is being produced under the banner of Goman Singh and Rehan Production.
The film will be based on a contemporary subject.
