Kathmandu: The trailer of the upcoming Nepali film Paralko Aago has been officially released at a special event on Thursday. The film is slated to hit theatres from Baisakh 11.
The trailer highlights most of the main cast, focusing on the intense domestic conflict between Suhana Thapa and Prakash Saput. It also showcases the chemistry between neighboring characters played by Saugat Malla and Srijana Adhikari.
With emotional scenes revolving around a troubled marriage and a search following domestic violence, the trailer hints at a deeply moving narrative rooted in social conflict. Directed by Laxman Sunar, the film is expected to explore rural life, family relationships, and hidden psychological and emotional struggles within society.
Produced by Sushil Pokharel under the banner of Hari Om Cine Makers Pvt. Ltd., the film features a strong ensemble cast including Kishor Bhandari, Jack Shrestha, Sarita Bhandari, Renu Neupane, and child artist Manjila Baniya.
The film is based on a story by Guru Prasad Mainali from his renowned collection Naso. Notably, the same story was adapted into a film around 45 years ago by director Pratap Subba.
