Kathmandu- Today, Friday, the film “Rajagang,” directed by Deepak Rauniyar, has been released in cinemas. Having already been showcased at prestigious international film festivals, the film received praise at its premiere on Wednesday. Based on a true story, “Rajagang” tells the tale of a police operation to rescue two children who were kidnapped in a border town between Nepal and India.

The film features performances by Asha Magarati, Dayahang Rai, Vijay Baral, Richa Sharma, Gaumaya Gurung, Pashupati Rai, former Miss Nepal Nikita Chandak, Pushpa Yadav, Arti Mandal, Ghanshyam Mishra, Parmeshwar Kumar Jha, Neeraj Shrestha, and others.

The film’s production involved collaboration from Deepak Rauniyar and actress Asha Magarati from Aadi Films, Ram Babu Gurung and Maniram Pokharel from Basuri Films, actor Dayahang Rai, and Alan R. Milligan from Tanhausser Gate. This film has already participated in major international film festivals, including Venice, Hamburg, Busan, and Mumbai.
