Kathmandu — The song ‘Kun Hawale’ from the upcoming Nepali film The Blue Light has been officially released. The production team unveiled the song through the YouTube channel Mauri Pictures on Monday.
Written by Situsma Adhikari, composed by SD Yogi, and sung by Salina Bika, the song portrays shattered dreams, broken promises, and the deep pain of betrayal in love. It emotionally captures the suffering and restlessness that follow when commitments are made but never fulfilled.
The music video features Ayushman Deshraj Joshi, Benisha Hamal, Arpan Thapa, and Srishti Shrestha. With its melancholic tone, the song hints at the film’s storyline, highlighting the contrast between those who cherish love deeply and those who take it lightly.
The Blue Light, a psychological thriller, stars Benisha Hamal, Arpan Thapa, Ayushman Deshraj Joshi, Srishti Shrestha, Mahesh Tripathi, and Surakshya Itani in lead roles. Child actors Grismaa Katuwal and Sahara Sharma also appear in the film.
Directed by Baliram Chauhan, The Blue Light is set to release on Magh 16. The film is presented by Skyfall Pictures, with Bholanath Katuwal and Raman Grey as co-producers, and cinematographer Narendra Mainali and actress Benisha Hamal serving as executive producers.
