Kathmandu — A new song titled Sadhai Timi, sung by Yam Baral and Sarita Bharati, has been released on the occasion of Nepali New Year 2083.
The song features lyrics by Dabbu Kshetri, who has also directed the music video. Music and arrangement are done by Om Sunar. The video portrays a romantic story highlighting playful quarrels and love between a couple.
The music video was filmed in the tourist areas of Bogra, Bangladesh, during the team’s visit to participate in the Bogra International Film Festival.
The video features singer-model Sarita Bharati alongside actor Pravan Bhusal, whose on-screen pairing has been well received. The song has been released through the official platform of SB Creation.
Presented by Vilakshan Creation, the video is shot by Bangladeshi cinematographer Sarkar Sujan, with drone work by Ajay Das and Ziad Khandokar. Editing is handled by Birendra Bhatta, with graphics by Lokesh Bhatta. The video is produced by Yubika Budhathoki.
According to lyricist Kshetri, the song incorporates authentic Nepali folk-style words, emphasizing raw and original expressions rooted in traditional rhythm.
