Kathmandu – A new Nepali film Sarathi is being made with Niruta Singh and Uttam Pradhan in the lead roles. The film was officially launched on Monday with a special ceremony at Bhadrakali Temple in Kathmandu.
Directed by debut filmmaker Kumar Gajurel, the movie has already headed to Gurja Khani in Myagdi for shooting. Filming is set to continue for around 40 days in scenic locations of the area.
Produced under the collaboration of Kimbhe Production and Dhiraj Infinity Films, Sarathi will mark the reunion of Niruta Singh and Uttam Pradhan on screen after nearly two decades. The film also features Mukunda Shrestha, Samranta Thapa, Gayatri Joshi, Madan Thapa, and others.
