Priyanka Karki’s ‘Mastarni’ Set for Multi-Language Release on Bhadra 12

Kathmandu: The release date of the upcoming Nepali film Mastarni, produced by actress Priyanka Karki, has been officially announced. The film is set to hit cinemas on Bhadra 12.

The movie completed its shooting schedule in just 17 days and is currently undergoing post-production work in Mumbai, India. The production team is preparing to release the film in eight languages including Nepali, Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Bhojpuri, and Punjabi.

Earlier, on the occasion of Nepali New Year, the team unveiled the film’s first look on Baisakh 1.

Directed by Indian filmmaker Subhendu Ghosh, Mastarni features an ensemble cast including Priyanka Karki, Saroj Khanal, Richa Sharma, Aryan Sigdel, Pramod Agrahari, Anup Bikram Shahi, Simran Khadka, and several other artists.

The film is produced by Priyanka Karki, Ayushman Joshi, Cabinet Shrestha, and Pranit Karki, while Surakshya Singh Malhotra serves as the executive producer.

The story of the film has been written by Priyanka Karki herself, with screenplay by Shan Basnet and dialogues by Priyanka Karki and Shan Basnet.
