Kathmandu: The upcoming Nepali film Jhingedau 2 has officially announced its release date. Directed by Gyanendra Deuja, the film is scheduled to hit cinemas nationwide on Asoj 2 (September 18) on the occasion of Constitution Day.
The release date was revealed along with a new poster featuring actresses Keki Adhikari and Aanchal Sharma, alongside actors Mahesh Tripathi and Kushal Bista in character looks. The production team hopes the poster will raise curiosity among audiences.
Although the film was initially planned for release during Dashain’s Fulpati holiday, director Gyanendra Deuja said they opted for a safer date after heavy competition among producers for that festive slot.

The story is written by director Gyanendra Deuja, while the screenplay has been prepared by Parichhed Sen, Govinda Phuyal, and Shishir Chalise.
