Kathmandu: Nepali singer Sujata KC has released her new folk song ‘Kasle Dela Bar’, presenting it as a special gift to her fans while she prepares to welcome her second child.
The song features vocals by Sujata KC alongside Ramesh Pariyar, who has also composed the music. The arrangement is by Bimal Chhinal.
The music video stars Bina Raut, Suresh Kohli, Saroj Praja, and Sanjana Gurung. Directed by Sunil BK, the video was filmed around the Pashupatinath Temple area. The choreography is by Roshan Bishwakarma, cinematography by Milan Thapa, and editing by Supreme Parajuli.
According to Sujata, the song was recorded a few months ago, while the music video has been released now. She is expected to give birth to her second child in about a week.
Last Friday, Sujata also attended the song’s launch event at Chiya Falcha in Kathmandu despite being in the final stage of her pregnancy.
Sujata KC is known for popular songs such as ‘Paiyena Okhati Dil Dukheko’ and ‘Aalu Tamale’, which have been well received by audiences.
