Trailer of Nepali Film ‘Pariwartan’ Released Ahead of Magh 9 Release

Kathmandu — The trailer of the upcoming Nepali film Pariwartan, set to hit theaters from Magh 9, has been officially released. The film’s production team unveiled the trailer on Monday.

The newly released trailer highlights the film’s action–suspense narrative, intense conflict sequences, and the relationships between key characters. Actor Sushil Shrestha is seen in a powerful action-oriented role, while his on-screen chemistry with actress Anjana Baraili is also prominently featured. Baraili appears in the role of a police inspector. The trailer also includes glimpses of Saroj Khanal, Karishma Manandhar, Buddhi Tamang, Hemant Budhathoki, Subash Meche, and others.

Speaking about the trailer, director Vijay Kerung expressed confidence that the film will meet audience expectations. “The trailer has been crafted in line with the film’s story. Along with action, the film carries a strong social message, and I believe it will engage the audience,” he said.

Pariwartan portrays the idea that political leaders can go to any extent for power, a theme depicted through its gripping storyline. Produced under the banner of Divyasi Films, the movie stars Sushil Shrestha and Anjana Baraili in lead roles, alongside Saroj Khanal, Karishma Manandhar, Buddhi Tamang, Hemant Budhathoki, and Subash Meche.

An action–suspense genre film, Pariwartan is directed by Vijay Kerung. The story and production are handled by Deepak Shivakoti, while the screenplay and dialogues are written by Shivam Adhikari. The film features editing by Bande Prasad, choreography by Ramji Lamichhane, music by SD Yogi, and action direction by Shree Shrestha. Previously released posters, teasers, and the song “Jha Pakeko Chiuri” have already generated significant buzz among audiences. The film will be distributed by RR Films.
