Kathmandu: A new Nepali web series, Yo Katha Hoina (This Is Not a Story), which portrays the realities of Nepali society from a century ago, has been officially announced with the release of its promotional teaser at a special event held in Kathmandu on Tuesday.

Veteran actor Madan Krishna Shrestha, the chief guest of the event, praised writer, director, and lead actor Shreeprasad Thapa for his contribution to Nepali television. He described Thapa as one of the country’s most popular and accomplished serial artists, noting that his work has consistently resonated with audiences.
